What we did
Brand identity, bilingual website, and studio operations: booking, payments, ticket books, and owner tools

The class is only part of the experience

For a student, booking yoga should be a small step toward the class. For the owner, that booking also means a place on the roster, a payment, and sometimes a credit from a ticket book.

Migiwa Yoga Space in Yokohama needed those details to work together in Japanese and English. Its existing booking service already handled card payments, while cash and paper ticket books sat outside that flow. We built a website and studio tools around the way the business actually runs.

A calm welcome, in either language

The identity uses warm cream, green accents, delicate type, and flowing lines. Photography puts the teacher at the center. Together, they give a new student a sense of the studio before arriving.

That welcome continues into the bilingual website. Students can learn about the practice, choose a class, and see its availability. When they continue to booking, the session they picked stays in view through sign-in. They can check the date, time, and venue without starting over.

01 / Choose a class

Availability belongs beside the class, where students make their choice.

02 / Continue to booking

Keep the ticket book familiar

A ticket book is a simple promise: buy a set of classes and use them as you go. We kept that idea intact while making the details visible online.

Students can see their remaining credits, validity, and eligible classes. The booking flow supports ticket credits alongside card payment and cash at the studio. Behind the scenes, buying a book and using a credit remain different events, so a visit does not become a second sale.

Give the owner the other half

The same class needs to make sense from the studio’s side. An owner calendar brings sessions into view, with class rosters, attendance, payment records, and cash logging supporting the work around them.

These are the practical details that connect the public website to a working studio. A student can reserve a place; the owner has the information needed to welcome them and record the visit.

In Chami’s words

They asked me, “What would be your dream website?” That led to so many solutions for little obstacles I faced with my previous website. My customers love how user-friendly the website is, and the back end is so easy to navigate because it was built exactly around my needs. They were very easy to communicate with and helpful in providing step-by-step instructions on what I needed to do.
