- Brand identity and voice, website design and development, and operations: pricing, inquiries, and workflow planning
Before the first conversation
Choosing wedding flowers means balancing what you love with what you can spend. Aloha Florals 808 needed a website that helped couples and planners understand both before getting in touch.
We brought the brand, website, and inquiry process together around that decision. The flowers lead. Prices are easy to find. When someone is ready to ask about their event, the site helps them explain what they have in mind.
A brand drawn from the flowers
The starting point was already there: the studio’s floral mark and signature pink. We developed the palette, typography, and voice around them, giving the business a consistent way to present itself.
Generous photography shows the color and texture of the arrangements. Editorial type gives the work room, while pink draws attention to the next step. The writing stays warm and direct, with concrete descriptions of bouquets, ceremony pieces, reception flowers, and lei. It should sound like someone you can talk to about your wedding.
Put the price beside the possibility
A gallery can help someone imagine their event. Pricing helps them decide whether to start a conversation. We gave wedding packages and individual pieces a clear place on the website, so visitors can explore the work with a budget in mind.
The inquiry follows the same logic. It asks about the kind of order, the event, and the budget, with questions that change to suit the request. A wedding and a lei order do not need the same conversation. On a phone, the path from browsing to getting in touch stays close at hand.
Carry the details into the work
Behind the form, inquiries are saved privately so the request has a record. We also mapped the work that follows: pricing, proposals, contracts, payments, and production planning.
That operations work includes a reusable pricing catalog and production worksheets. It gives the studio a foundation for carrying a customer’s request through to the flowers, with further workflow tools scoped separately. The website is live; the broader operations plan continues beyond it.
In Brandi’s words
We provided photos and a general idea of how we wanted our website to feel, and the result was gorgeous. Our website now lets clients see our past work and pricing. Since launch, we’ve seen an increase in website traffic and already received more leads than with our previous site. Thank you for the amazing support!
