The seatsOperator and Embedded Partner

After the Diagnosis, someone has to do the work.

The Diagnosis tells you what to change and in what order. These two seats are how it gets done: operations run for you, or operations and marketing together, month to month.

Operator

Operations, run for you

Operations, run rather than advised. The seat does the work the Diagnosis found: the handoffs built, the automations standing, the leaks closed one at a time in the order they were priced.

No minimum term. Most of what a founder wants from this is visible inside the first two months.

Monthly · roughly 40 hours

Embedded Partner

Operations and marketing, one seat

Operations and marketing, both, from one seat. The operations half does what Operator does: the leaks closed in the order they were priced. The marketing half runs how new work finds you: the brand, the website, search, Local Services ads, pay-per-click, and the strategy that decides which of those to use.

This is a different customer from Operator, not an upgrade path everyone walks. The seat exists because a founder-led firm needs the COO and CMO functions and cannot justify hiring them separately, since two loaded executive salaries run north of $400,000.

Whether a seat fits is a question about profit pool, not revenue.

Profit pool is what the business brings in, minus staff cost, minus what the owner pays themselves. It is the number that decides whether a seat is affordable, and revenue is not a good stand-in for it.

A $600,000 coffee shop and a $600,000 law firm are not the same customer. Same revenue, very different room to work with. So we would rather work it out with you on a call than publish a threshold you have to measure yourself against.

The Diagnosis carries forward

The Diagnosis fee credits in full against a seat booked within 60 days. If you take the plan and run it yourself instead, that is a real outcome too, and the written version is yours either way.

Where to startThe Diagnosis comes first

Nobody books a seat before we have both looked at the same numbers.

The Diagnosis is how we find out which seat fits, or whether one fits at all. Start there, and the fee comes off whatever you book next.

If what you need is a build rather than a seat (a website, a brand, a system), we do that work too, and it starts from the same conversation.
