Count anyone who works in it regularly, including part-timers and regular contractors.

What did you pay yourself last year, all in?

Everything you took out of the business last year, plus anything you left in it.

In a normal week, how many hours do you work?

Your hours, not the business's.

How many of those hours are work only you can do?

Work that would be worth less if someone else did it. Not work you happen to be the one doing.

How many go to running the place: scheduling, invoicing, chasing people, email, ordering, fixing things?
What would you pay someone by the hour to take that second pile off you?
If you got ten hours back next week, what would you do with them?
